It is a national reference laboratory for 28 pathologies. A Hygiene and Environment service offers microbiological and physico-chemical control of water and food for industries, hotels and restaurants, administrations, various institutions and individuals

Information for patients

In order to best manage the administrative management of your file, you will be provided upon your arrival at the laboratory with: – a medical prescription, – an identity document, – your support document or your card insured person (for insured patients). Fees relating to examinations are paid in full upon registration of the application.

Our motto is ‘excellence in biology accessible to all’. To achieve this, discounts on medical analyses are granted to certain categories of patients who meet the conditions below.

Student over 14 years old		School ID card or tuition payment receipt for the current year
University student up to Master level		Student card for the current year or tuition fee payment receipt for the current year and national identity card.
Patients hospitalized in a public hospital		Hospitalization tickets and national identity card
Health professional body in office		Professional card and CNI
Religious (priests, pastors, imams)		Professional card
Inmates of Cameroonian prisons		Register or exit authorization
Students from major schools and in the doctoral cycle	30%	Student card for the current year or receipt of payment of tuition fees for the current year and national identity card.
Active or retired civil servants		Professional certificate or cash voucher + CNI or retirement order + CNI
Person aged 65 and over (Reduction available on cpcpaylab.org)		Exam bulletin bearing age and national identity code.

Do you need to do your analyzes and vaccinations without delay? Request or make an appointment at the Medical Secretariat of the Center Pasteur du Cameroun by calling 222 231 803 or 699 008 468. Express service rate: 10,000 CFA francs/patient.

Quality assurance

“The CPC Medical Analysis Laboratory (LAM) is linked to the quality management system. It has been accredited since 2019 according to the international standard ISO 15189. During 2017, the LAM obtained Expert accreditation WHO for the microscopic diagnosis of malaria.”
