Organization - Centre Pasteur du Cameroun

Organization

The Board of Directors defines and guides the Center’s general policy and evaluates its management, within the limits set by its missions and in accordance with applicable regulations. It adopts budgets and approves annual performance reports.

The General Management is responsible for implementing the Center’s general policy and management. It must report to the Board of Directors and supervisory bodies on the execution of this strategy and its budget. To this end, the General Management relies on a Management Committee in Yaoundé and a Deputy Director in Garoua.

The Director General also relies on a scientific committee that helps define strategic development priorities, particularly in the areas of public health and research. A member of the Pasteur Network (PN) Directors’ Assembly, he ensures the CPC’s anchoring in this network.
