The Pasteur Center of Cameroon as Santa Claus at the FACT orphanage in Yaoundé

On Tuesday, December 23, 2025, the staff of the Pasteur Center of Cameroon (CPC) made a strong gesture of solidarity by celebrating Christmas alongside the children of the Fondation Famille Chrétienne (FACT) orphanage, located in Essos, in the 4th district of the city of Yaoundé.

In an atmosphere filled with friendliness and emotion, the CPC staff handed over donations consisting of clothes, food, and toys, intended for the 46 children housed by this care facility.

Through this solidarity initiative, the Pasteur Center of Cameroon aimed to restore hope to the children and give them the opportunity to experience the end-of-year holidays with joy, dignity, and sharing.

The ceremony took place in a warm atmosphere, punctuated by prayers, songs, and dances, reflecting the values of mutual aid, solidarity, and humanity cherished by CPC.
Speaking on this occasion, Dr. Suzanne Bélinga, Deputy Director General of the Pasteur Center of Cameroon, praised the remarkable work and dedication of the staff at the FACT orphanage, who work daily to ensure the well-being, health, and guidance of the children.

For her part, Madame Suzanne Liheb, founder of the FACT orphanage, expressed her deep gratitude to the Pasteur Center of Cameroon and all the donors. She highlighted the positive and tangible impact of these solidarity actions on the daily lives and development of the children in their care.

Through this initiative, the Pasteur Center of Cameroon reaffirms its civic and social commitment by actively contributing to the well-being of vulnerable communities and by sharing the values of generosity and social responsibility that underpin its work.
