Physico-chemical analysis - Centre Pasteur du Cameroun

SHEPC

The SHEpc’s services are sought after by numerous food and non-food industries, water treatment and/or production companies, hotels, and individuals and corporate bodies concerned about the quality of water, food and the environment. It provides its expertise to national administrative authorities by assessing the physico-chemical compliance of foodstuffs with national and international standards (NF – EN – ISO, Codex Alimentarius). In 2010, it was identified by Helen Keller International HKI, an international NGO under American law, in collaboration with the Cameroon government, as the reference laboratory for the micronutrient fortification programme for widely consumed foods in Cameroon.
